In the course of the evolution of the NoiPA system, one of the guidelines has been to improve the navigation experience of the private area and the use of the services dedicated to the administered NoiPA.

In this sense, and in line with the strategy of enhancing the value of the information assets of the NoiPA system, the services available to the administrators for the verification of salaries have been strengthened.

The new private area now allows you to view quickly and intuitively the data relating to the remuneration of each individual employment relationship, both in summary form, with amounts that are updated automatically over the year, both in detail of the items that make up the remuneration, also offering the opportunity to make comparisons between several years.

The visualization of the accounting documents now allows the consultation of the coupons starting from June 2016; it is only one step of the process that in a short time will lead to the availability of the entire historical heritage available in the NoiPA system, making each user completely autonomous in the retrieval of information.

The already available self-services have been reorganized into categories and a revision activity is underway that will lead incrementally to enhance their functionalities.

In this first phase, the services "Management of collection methods" have been redesigned, which now allows you to adopt a different method for each employment contract and to check the current collection method before changing it, and "Management of tax residence and/or domicile", which allows you to consult the historical archive of changes.

The "My requests" area is also new, allowing you to monitor all requests sent to the NoiPA system, both for the provision of services and for requests for assistance.

Looking to the immediate future, a new service is about to be activated that will allow you to check your contribution position as a result of the NoiPA system and report any discrepancies with respect to the statement of account provided by INPS.

But these new features are only the beginning. The NoiPA system, in fact, will continue its path of continuous improvement thanks to an already defined calendar of incremental releases to offer new features to users and dedicated services for all other stakeholders of the system.
