February 19th is the due date for school substitute staff

43,303 contract accruals processed in the January 25th issue will be payable by Friday February 19th.

By Friday February 19th 2021 is the due date for crediting payments related to the January 25th 2021 special issue for school substitute staff.

The 43,303 contract accruals that had been authorised by school secretariats as at January 21st for which the State General Accounting Office system has verified the availability of funds in the relevant expenditure chapters have been processed.

In the Personnel Area, the self service "Fixed-term school contracts" is available to all administrators, where they can check the progress of their contracts at any time. All contracts currently in the processing status "Authorised Payment" have been settled, up to the last status of "liquidated" processing, which will indicate the due date.

Please note that credit institutions, as required by SEPA regulations, can credit individual current accounts from 00.00 until 24.00 on the same day.
