The National Recruitment Portal was created with the aim of speeding up, simplifying and digitizing the organizational processes of personnel recruitment procedures in public administrations to reduce their economic and social costs.

As of July 1, 2022, by accessing the "inPA" portal, central administrations and independent authorities can publish their notices of competition for permanent and fixed-term recruitment online. 

From November 1, 2022, the use of the portal will also become mandatory for the same administrations and applicants. The use of "inPA" will be extended to regions and local authorities, for their respective personnel selections, in ways that will be defined, by next October 31, through a decree of the Minister for Public Administration, adopted after agreement in the Unified Conference.

How does "inPA" work? To date, the portal already allows civil servants and non- civil servants to:

• Consult the special section for uploading mobility notices for the benefit of administrations and public employees;
• Filter the search for notices of competition by category and territory; 
• submit their applications after registering and entering their curricular information;
• search for mobility notices from all public administrations and submit one's application.
