With the launch of the new portal, the activity of opening the new service to the administrators was started. This service allows to consult the resulting contribution position in the NoiPA system and to report any discrepancies with respect to the contribution statement available on the INPS portal.

The service will be progressively extended to all administrators: the first phase of activation will be completed within a few days; by November the service will be extended to staff in the health sector and by January 2020 to staff in the school sector.

The "Contribution Summary" service allows you to view your contribution history for the periods of competence of NoiPA. The information can be sorted, where possible filtered to ensure an adequate degree of customization and ease of reading and accompanied by detailed notes on the individual periods of contribution.

In this way you can compare the data with the statement of contribution available on the INPS website, to check for any differences.

In the section "Request assistance" you can then report any discrepancies found, ask for further clarification with respect to the notes in your contribution history and report any periods missed or incorrectly declared, attaching the statement of contribution.

This method makes it possible to direct the request to the correct assistance group and to facilitate the comparison by receiving a specific response for each individual case.

All these innovations are proof that the Public Administration can also be an innovative subject and respond at the same time to the needs of users and to those principles of safety, transparency and efficiency that must guide the actions of the public sector.
