The first General Assembly (GA) was held from 22 to 24 March at the MEF headquarter, with the participation of all the consortium partners from Italy, Ireland, the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France, Austria and Swiss.

Furthermore, the three use cases of the project were illustrated, starting from the one led by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance, aimed at reducing energy consumption by optimizing data transfer between central and local public administrations.

A part of the GA was dedicated to the analysis of the main technical topics, also through specific workshops conducted by the Work Packages (WP) Leaders, into which the project activities are divided, which saw the active participation of all partners.

Finally, on the final day, the WP Leaders identified some areas for the improvement of the project. In the detail, has been discussed the possibility of participation to the Hop-On Facility 2023 tender, a tool envisaged by the Horizon program which offers the opportunity of integrating the skills of the consortium with the contribution of new partners from European developing countries who are improving their competences in terms of research and innovation expansion.
