The NoiPA PIN: when you need it and how to request it

The use of PIN, together with the user and password, allows you to have more control and security in the use of our services.

The PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a code consisting of five numbers required to use some services available in the private area of the NoiPA portal. It should not be confused with the password to access the private area, but must be used in addition to the password to ensure the security of some operations.
The PIN can be requested from the Employee Identification Manager (RID) of your office and will be sent only to the e-mail address registered in the private area of the portal.
The PIN is confidential and should never be disclosed to others. For more information about PIN Identification of NoiPA, watch the video or visit our support website section.
