The Performance Review is the first additional service of the NoiPA system, created as part of the Cloudify NoiPA project, which can be used for individual performance review by all Public Administrations.

Activation of the service will be possible both for Administrations, that already use the NoiPA services and for those that wish to join only the new service.

The Performance Review has been designed with the Department of Public Administration, according to the Guidelines for the measurement and individual performance review, and with the participation of Central and Local Administrations.

The high degree of configurability and customisation of the assessment elements and process phases makes it possible to meet the specific characteristics of the assessment processes implemented by individual Administrations through access to a wide range of functions.

The Performance Review service makes it possible to manage functional organisation charts that define the pool of Administrations to be involved in the evaluation process, regardless of the institutional organisational structure, and to activate several evaluation processes simultaneously.

The roles associated to the users accessing the system are defined as a logical aggregate of functionalities and can be configured, according to the needs, through the use of functionalities that limit the visibility of the data: in this way each Administration will be able to define the combinations of permissions/functionalities to be associated to each role and to be assigned to the users.

Priority will be given to inviting administrations that have already participated in the initiative and sent their expressions of interest during 2020 to sign agreements for the use of the service.
