As part of the collaboration between ETAPAS, HECAT and TechEthos - three projects funded under Horizon 2020 - a joint event will be held on May 26th from 11:00 to 12:00 where the ETAPAS Policy brief entitled “ETAPAS and ALTAI: Two European Trustworthy AI Assessment Methodologies” will be presented. The document compares the methodological approach of ETAPAS with that of ALTAI developed by the High-Level Expert Group (HLEG) of the European Commission on Artificial Intelligence (AI).

ETAPAS is a project coordinated by MEF-DSII with the aim of developing an operational framework and a platform capable of analyzing and mitigating the ethical, social and legal risks associated with the adoption and application of Disruptive Technologies (DTs) in public administrations.

The aim of the event is to exploit the synergies between the work and activities of ETAPAS, HECAT and TechEthos and to present three Policy briefs based on research conducted in the context of their respective projects.

The event will take place online, via the Zoom platform, on May 26th from 11:00 to 12:00.
