As announced in DPCM of the past October 12th, starting from October 15 all the Administrations (managed in NoiPA platform) can check the validity of the certifications of the employees for which access to the place is envisaged. of work on the day in which the verification is carried out, using the new functionality available in the private area of the NoiPA portal.

The "Green pass verification" service makes information on the validity of the green pass available, for each employee or for aggregations of employees, through a color coding (green for the valid certificate, red for the invalid certificate), in compliance with GDPR and with access methods that guarantee high levels of security. Information on the validity of COVID-19 green certifications is acquired by the National Platform Digital Green Certificate of the Ministry of Health.

Access to the functionality is allowed to the manager in charge or to another person formally appointed by each Administration for the verification of green certifications - COVID 19, as indicated in 4, art. 1 of Legislative Decree 127/21, using only the authentication method via second level SPID, National Services Card or Electronic Identity Card.

According to art. 1 comma 11 DPCM of October 12th, the Administrations concerned may request authorization for the service at the certified e-mail address  dcsii.dag@pec.mef.gov.it of the Information Systems and Innovation Department of the Department of General Administration, Personnel and Services of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
