Starting from 4 October 2022 it is possible to independently vary the collection methods using the "Collection Methods Management" service available in the "Salary Services" section of the personal area of the NoiPA portal.

The functionality, renewed in the graphic aspect, has been strengthened in terms of security with the introduction of a system that allows you to verify in real time that the tax code of the user who is making the change is the holder or co-holder of the IBAN inserted.

At the moment, the service does not allow you to enter payment methods on smart post office books and foreign IBANs. In these cases, the modification can be requested from your office responsible for the remuneration.

To use the service, you need to access the Personal Area of the NoiPA system in the manner indicated on the Personal Area Access portal page. In particular, in the case of access with social security number and password or SPID level 2 it is necessary to enable the One Time Password (OTP). You can get the OTP from the official NoiPA app by following the instructions available in the "Enable OTP" section.
