Personal Area Access

The security of NoiPA system becomes stronger. Log into with SPID, CIE and CNS.

Log in to NoiPa services

Starting from April 30th, 2022, it is possible to log into NoiPA personal area using SPID credentials, Electronic Identity Card (CIE) or National Service Card (CNS).

The use of CIE and CNS guarantees the full availability of consultation services and device services provided to administrators in self-service mode.

The use of SPID and, still in the first phase, of authentication with user ID and password, guarantee access only to consultation services (coupon, single certification, ...). In order to use these modes also for device services in self-service mode, it is necessary to enable the One Time Password (OTP) service on profile page by logging in with SPID, CIE or CNS.

To proceed with enabling the OTP it is necessary to change the password and validate the mobile number. Then, it is necessary to establish where to receive the OTP depending on the configuration chosen by the user on the profile page. It can be obtained from the official NoiPa App, following the instructions in the "Enable OTP" section, or via SMS, where it will be sent to the indicated mobile number.

By April 30th it will be necessary to validate the e-mail address entered at the time of enrollment, or to enter and confirm the e-mail address if not present. After this date, to confirm your e-mail, authentication will be required exclusively with SPID, CIE or CNS.
