The special issuance, with due date on March 20, 2024, provides the liquidation of the total amount related to the National Collective Labor Contract (CCNL) for the Education and Research sector, for the period 2019-2021, signed last January 18 at Aran. These amounts are additional to the ones already discharged as arrears in December 2022, related to the economic section of the same contract.

Teaching staff received the increases in professional remuneration, the ATA staff obtained the individual accessory compensation, and the fixed quota of the management allowance have been liquidated to DSGA staff, as well as the one-off compensation provided for all teaching and ATA staff.

The liquidation affects a total of over one million and three hundred thousand employees.
