January 27th is the due date for school substitute staff

243,452 contract accruals processed in the special issue of January 18th will be payable by Wednesday January 27th

By Wednesday January 27th 2021 is the due date for crediting payments related to the January 18th 2021 special issue for school substitute staff.

The issue concerned the 243,452 contract accruals which, as at January 14th 2021, had been authorised by the school secretariats and for which the State General Accounting Office system had verified the availability of funds in the relevant expenditure chapters.

Please note that credit institutions, as required by SEPA regulations, can credit individual current accounts from 00.00 until 24.00 on the same day.

The next issue for school substitutes is scheduled for January 25th 2021, for all contracts authorised by the school secretariats by 4.00 p.m. on Thursday January 21st 2021 and which will find sufficient funds in the relevant expenditure chapters.

In the Personnel Area, the self service "Fixed-term school contracts" is available to all administrators, where they can check the progress of their contracts at any time, up to the last status of "liquidated" processing, which will indicate the due date.
