Each NoiPA user's profile is linked to an email address. In case of loss of the access password, it is necessary to request a new password through the "Password recovery" function, allowing the user to receive an email address with a temporary password, which effectively deactivates the old password.
To retrieve the password to access the NoiPA portal click on the "ENTER" button (at the top right of the page) and the login window, select the "Password recovery" link. Subsequently, the user must:
- enter your tax code, the displayed captcha, and press "Check".
- enter the answer to the secret question (set at the time of the first registration).
NoiPA will send an e-mail to the user's e-mail address. The mail message, sent by the sender firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com, will contain a verification link (link). Selecting the link received in the e-mail, simply enter your tax code to confirm the e-mail address. The system will send a new e-mail containing the temporary password. The email will also contain a link to change the temporary password.
To change the temporary password with a new password chosen by the user, select the link in this last e-mail. Following the selection of the link, the page "Change password" is shown, in which the user will have to:
- enter the temporary password in the "Password" field;
- choose a new password to be entered in the "New password" fields and click "Confirm new password".
By clicking on the "Send" button, the procedure will be completed and the new password will be active. You will no longer be able to use the temporary password for access purposes.
In the case that in addition to the password, you no longer have access to the e-mail address registered on the portal, contact the Employee Identification Manager (RID) of your own Administration or the last Administration where you are service.
